Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi day and multi week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Do I have to create an account to rent a trailer?
No, you can rent directly online. All forms are sent via email and SMS, so you can complete everything right from your phone.
Pickup & Delivery
Do you offer trailer delivery and pickup?
Yes, customers can choose self-pickup and return or have their trailer delivered and picked up.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery and pickup is $100 within 20 miles of Caddo Mills, Texas. Additional trip charges may apply outside the service area.
What are the delivery requirements?
Customers must provide a safe, accessible, and reasonably level location and identify any underground utilities, septic systems, sprinklers, gates, soft ground, or other obstacles.
Who is responsible for the trailer after delivery?
The customer is responsible for the trailer and its condition from delivery until pickup. Damage, misuse, overloading, theft, missing equipment, or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
What happens if the trailer is not ready for pickup?
The trailer must be accessible and ready at the end of the rental period. Additional trips, relocation requests, inaccessible locations, or customer-caused delays may result in additional charges.
Towing & Requirements
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
Is a special license required to tow a trailer?
No special licenses are required for personal use.

Is there a minimum age requirement for trailer rentals?
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a trailer.
